The state-of-the-art Fitness Club features a studio, and a modern gym for physical and cardiovascular exercises. Watch the news or enjoy the good music during your workout. Refresh at the end of your fitness regime at the Spa. Personal trainers are on-hand for individual assessment. Extensive weight training is also available to keep you toned and in shape.

Fitness Activities

The Siri Sathorn offers free fitness classes to its guests and members. Choose between yoga, aerobic and cardio exercises to maintain fitness and well-being. Aerobics schedule may change without prior notice, be sure to check with our staff at the fitness centre for an up-to-date schedule.
